This is actually the first in a 365 project I’m working on. I wanted to have a challenge for myself but not something I loathed. I would never complete a 365 self-portrait challenge. I doubt I would make it a week. I also didn’t want to be stuck down with 365 of photos, so I decided my challenge is 365 days of art. That leaves me some room to wiggle as long as I accomplish and document a creative work like this - a photo texture work on a photo from my Egypt trip two years ago.

Day 3/365
The next in my 365 days of art challenge. I swear there will be photos before this is over, but I was going through photos of Ireland this afternoon and hit my shot of Christchurch Cathedral and I wasn’t entirely happy with the original version.
The original photo is actually three merged together to get this because I couldn’t get a vantage point with the widest lens I had with me. Well, not true, I had a fisheye, but I didn’t want that effect…
Multiple texture layers and other adjustment layers added to get this final outcome.
